Can I try a session before I join?

We have an 2 week trial membership, give that a go and you will be a full time BRAT in no time.

This ensures you are fully insured.

What does the insurance cover?

Here is a fact sheet from Triathlon Australia.

What type of bike can I use on your rides?

You have to have a road or a time trial bike. No commuter, hybrids, mountain bikes, BMXs. Why? Safety - there is a large speed difference with those bikes and the rest of the group.

I am new to triathlon, can you help me?

We have lots of first timers each year, and our coaches, BRATStars and ride leaders will give you lots of tips and tricks.

Join us, ask away and get hooked!

Which session should I start with?

Monday 6:30pm Social Run at Bondi - this is a great option for starting out and for those that have a bike, come to Tuesday ride intervals at 5:45am, which is the heart of our club training and go from there.

Am I ready for Saturday’s Waterfall ride?

We suggest doing two Tuesday’s and two Thursday’s rides and chat to other riders.

How can I adjust my membership details?

Our memberships are managed by Triathlon Australia (TA). So you join, change and update your membership through TA, selecting BRATs as your club.
