By using this service you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the following conditions:

 

1.  You hereby make an application to join BRAT Club and agree to be bound by the BRAT Privacy Policy.

 

2.  Triathlon NSW Membership is strongly encouraged for all BRATs who are actively engaged in triathlon. Triathlon NSW Membership provides personal accident and injury insurance for training and racing. (For further information go to Triathlon NSW).

 

3.  You acknowledge that Personal Insurance for accidents while training or racing is not included in your BRAT Club membership. You accept all risks necessarily flowing from your participation, which would result in the loss of life or any injury, loss or damage, and release all people associated with the conduct of events from all liability (including Negligence).

 

4.  You are aware that all adult members may be required to marshal or volunteer at 1 club race per year.

 

5.  You acknowledge that events and training involve the real risk of serious injury, and even death. You understand that you should not participate in these activities unless you have prepared appropriately and are medically fit.

 

6.  You warrant that all information provided to BRAT Club is accurate, complete and up to date.

 

7.  You are aware that as a condition of BRAT Club Membership you must obtain a Social Membership for the Bondi Icebergs Club. You consent to the BRAT Club applying for Social Membership on your behalf.

 

8.  You acknowledge that BRAT Club does not warrant the security of any information transmitted over the Internet, and that the Club does not collect the financial information of its members.

 

9.  You release and indemnify BRAT Club against all claims arising out of the use of this service.
